Meet Britney
Hi there! I’m Britney, but I also go by Brit, or Mom. I am a local Realtor, and mama of two rambunctious little girls, Kayley, and Raelyn, + our Golden Doodle, Stella. My weekends are usually filled with trips to Kerr Lake to visit family, showing homes, or cheering on my girls in soccer + horseback riding.
I consider myself to be a competitive coffee drinker, animal lover, and Tj Maxx addict. If my days could be spent petting all the animals, decorating homes, and playing soccer with my littles, I would be most content. If I’m not doing one of those things, I’m usually designing marketing material, shopping for new staging items (mainly for business, of course), or hosting our family’s weekly Sunday dinner.
I am passionate about educating my clients on our local real estate market, and there is nothing I love more than forming lifelong friendships over contracts + coffee. I always treat my clients like family, and strive to create a fun, stress-free experience! I’ve found that most of my clients choose me because of my upbeat attitude, creative marketing, and knowledge of our local market.
I have been licensed since 2012, but my passion for real estate was rooted in me at an early age. As a third generation real estate agent, and coming from a construction background, real estate has always made sense to me. I built Almost Home Realty in hopes to help challenge + elevate our industry and begin cultivating a more modern experience to anyone choosing to buy, sell, or invest in real estate.
